Hemanth has trained with and worked for Magic Circle and American firms in London and Hong Kong. He has represented a wide variety of clients ranging from large multinationals to small family businesses acquiring and disposing of assets.  A small business owner himself, he understands the pressures that many business owners face in terms of time and cost.

• Mandate for corporate and commercial work for the LycaGroup, including disposals of various companies across the globe and restructuring multiple businesses.

• Disposal of a dark fibre asset in the DRC on behalf of an African telco company.

• Philips's disposal of its global TV manufacturing business to TPV
